PDF or vector files are preferred for all artwork submissions.

Please note that AI-generated images and low-resolution PNG or JPG files cannot be printed at sign size without becoming pixelated or blurry. These file types often require extensive editing and recreation by our graphics team before they are suitable for high-quality signage production.

These file types may still be submitted; however, customers should expect modifications to the artwork as needed to ensure the best possible print quality and a professional finished product.
